The JSSC CGL 2021 application process begins; Check the exam schedule and eligibility criteria

The Jharkhand Personnel Selection Commission (JSSC) has issued the application form window for the JSSC CGL (Combined Graduate Level Exam) 2021 exam. The deadline for applications is 14 February 2022. Interested candidates can apply through the official website at jssc.nic.in. The deadline until which candidates can pay the examination fee is February 16, 2022.

JSSC CGL 2022 exam will fill 956 vacancies in various government departments of Jharkhand. These vacancies are categorized into 4 positions and applicants will get a position based on their merit.

Eligibility criteria

To apply for any of these positions, applicants must reside in India. The candidate must have a school leaving certificate and must be between 21 and 35 years old.

JSSC CGL 2021: how to apply

The JSSC CGL application form requires a three-day procedure. For this, students should visit the official website and follow the steps mentioned below to fill the form with ease.

Step 1: Visit JSSC official website at jssc.nic.in

Step 2: On the home page, click on “Application Form (Apply)” in the “Important Links” section.

Step 3: On the new page, click “Apply Now” next to the JSSC CGL 2022 link.

Step 4: Click “Register Now (New Applicant)”

Step 5: The application form will appear on the screen. Complete the request form and click on “Save and continue”

Step 6: Once the form is completed, applicants will receive their application number and password. This should be written down and kept in a safe place for future use.

Step 7: Log in using application number and password and upload scanned copies of photograph and signature. After downloading them, click on “Save and continue”

Step 8: Finally, applicants must pay their respective application fees. For SC/ST applicants, the application fee is Rs. 250 and for other applicants, the application fee is Rs. 1000.

The deadline to submit the online form is February 14, 2022. After this deadline, a relaxation period of 2 days will be granted. In this case, students who have not uploaded their photo and signature or students who have not yet paid the application fee can make the required changes. This period will end on February 16, 2022.

Students who have made a mistake while completing their application form will be given a second chance. The JSSC CGL acorrection of the application form the window will open from February 19, 2022 (11:00 a.m.) to February 21, 2022. This will be used to rectify any errors.

JSSC CGL accept cards will be issued to successfully registered candidates. The commission has so far not announced the official date of issuance. Applicants are advised to keep an eye on the official website.
