All candidates registered for this exam are advised to visit the website and verify their contact details. They are also advised to make corrections to their contact details, in their respective registration form, when they are incorrect or incomplete. Candidates are authorized to make corrections no later than January 9, 2022 (until 11:50 p.m.). Subsequently, no precision correction, whatever it may be, will be accepted by the NTA under any circumstances. The additional fees (if any) will be paid by the relevant candidate via the Credit / Debit / Net Banking / UPI card or the PayTm wallet generated during the online correction. The correction facility will be available on the official website https://csirnet.nta.nic.in.
Applicants should note that the correction facility is only available for applicants who have already successfully submitted the application form along with the required fees by January 8, 2021. Since this is only Uniquely extended by the NTA, applicants should be very careful when making corrections. No other changes would be allowed after 11:50 p.m. on January 9, 2022 under any circumstances.
The joint CSIR-UGC NET review would be conducted by the NTA on January 29, February 5, and February 6, 2022 to determine Indian nationals’ eligibility for the Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) award and to determine eligibility for teaching (LS) / assistant professor in certain subjects under the faculty of science and technology.

Online registration and application submission for the June 2021 CSIR-UGC NET Joint Exam was done through the NTA website – https://csirnet.nta.nic.in – from December 3, 2021 until January 2, 2022.
The joint CSIR-UGC NET exam in June 2021 is likely to take place on January 29, February 5 & 6, 2022 in two teams – Team I from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and team II from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The Scientific and Industrial Research Council (CSIR) has entrusted the NTA with the responsibility of running the Joint CSIR-UGC NET in CBT mode. Joint CSIR UGC NET is a test conducted to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Scholarship (LS) / Assistant Professor in Indian Universities and Colleges, subject to fulfilling the criteria of eligibility set by the UGC.
